Our August featured artist of the month is Cheri Farina!

 Cheri Farina is a Christian singer-songwriter whose music blends heartfelt storytelling with an unwavering message of hope, faith, and God’s love. Drawing from her own life experiences, she writes songs that reflect God’s faithfulness through life’s joys, struggles, and seasons of growth. Whether she’s writing about loss, redemption, marriage, or learning to trust God, Cheri’s desire is to create music that encourages listeners and points them to Jesus.

After spending many years raising her family and serving in worship ministry, Cheri stepped out in faith to pursue the lifelong dream God had placed on her heart. Since then, she has released her debut EP, Remember, and continues to write and record music that is both deeply personal and rooted in Scripture.

Her single “You’re the One” placed in the Top 100 of the 2025 USA Christian Songwriting Competition. Her latest release, “Your Word,” featuring producer and artist Chace Skelton, is inspired by Psalm 119:105 and reminds listeners that God’s Word isour guide, our truth, and everything we need.

Cheri believes that writing from personal experience brings authenticity, hope, and encouragement to others. Her prayer is that every song she shares reminds people of God’s love, faithfulness, and the hope found in Christ.
