Ruth is a singer, songwriter, producer from Birmingham in the UK who creates ethereal, cinematic, alt pop style music. She is a person of deep faith - sometimes you’ll hear that in her music, sometimes you won’t! She writes honestly about the difficult things of life & songwriting/ production has become a kind of therapy for her - most of her songs start out as prayers. She isn’t afraid to tell it as it is, but aims to infuse even the most difficult things with hope.
Ruth describes herself as normal person, who happens to produce her own music - a “late bloomer” as she’s only been producing & releasing her own music for the last 5 years. When she’s not producing music, she works in the world of additional needs in the early years. She loves most things music, sings in a local community choir, is an active member in her local church & is always happy to spend time by the sea! She really hopes that as people find her music, they’ll find something authentic that they resonate with and is really happy to connect with people who like her music.
